Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions page carefully before requesting an artwork purchase.

If you decide to purchase an artwork, the artist will be contacted regarding delivery of the piece. If the piece is to be shipped, there may be a delivery charge added. After the sale has been arranged and completed, delivery will be arranged by the artist.

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you require currency conversion, please visit a conversion page such as XE for pricing in your currency. Note: West Carleton Arts Society does not charge GST or HST.

Every effort has been made to provide clear representation of each piece of artwork. Artists have provided a high resolution photograph and sizing information. Please pay close attention to the details about each piece of art, especially the size of the piece.

To purchase an artwork, click ‘purchase’ to add it to your cart and complete the form to provide your billing/shipping information. You will be contacted directly and an invoice will be created. Payment is requested within 24 hours to hold the piece for you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns or refunds will be offered. Once you are committed to purchasing, it is yours.
